the best way to get it is to bleach it platinum blonde. if you try to bleach it past there you’ll just add damage

then buy a blue toner conditioner. the blue basically cancels out whatever blonde tones you have left and makes your hair look totally white with 1/3 the damage. when you stop using the toner your hair goes back to platinum
